在台北YMCA我們的服務團隊總是從日常生活中，教導孩子建立常規、培養學生互相關懷、表達誠信、努力盡責、彼此尊重的精神。

▼組織宗旨及目標：
宗旨－團結青年同道、發揚基督精神、培養健全人格、建立美滿社會。
會訓－非以役人、乃役於人。
使命－發揮耶穌基督之愛和服務的精神，結合有心貢獻人士，推動各項事工及活動以培養靈、智、體、群的健全人格，建立和諧美滿社會。

品格培育

YMCA Character Education

▶關懷－以紅色顯示，代表我們要用 "心" 去關懷別人。
To love others； To be sensitive to the well - being of others; To help others.
▶尊重－以黃色顯示，代表尊重別人是黃金般不變的法則。
To treat others as you would have them treat you; To value the worth of every person, including yourself.
▶誠實－以藍色顯示，代表了提昇自己，要真實，不虛假。
To tell the truth; To act in such a way that you are worthy of trust; To have integrity; making sure your choices match your values.
▶盡責－以綠色顯示，包含了對大地的責任。
To do what is right, what you ought to do; To be accountable for your behavior and
obligations.
